Hongxing grinding plant is suitable to grind non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Moh's hardness less than 8 and humidity smaller than 6% like cement, quartz, feldspar, dolomite, gypsum, limestone and graphite, etc.
Finished products with size from 30 mesh to 400 mesh can be applied for industries like building material, chemical engineering, fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, refractory material, ceramic, steel, thermal power and coal, etc. The air system in plant is enclosed and circulating under the positive-negative pressure.

Working process of Hongxing grinding plant
Large-sized materials are coarsely crushed by jaw crusher, then delivered to bin through elevator
By the electric vibrating feeder, crushed materials are evenly and continuously delivered into the chamber for grinding. Under the work of air blower, ground powders are flied into powder separator.
Unqualified powders fall back and are continuously ground. For qualified powders, they are conveyed to bin through pipes and finally discharged out through valve.
