Introduction to High Frequency Screen

High frequency screen is superior for high efficiency, small amplitude, and high screening frequency. It is effective screening equipment for fine material, widely used for screening of iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum and niobium sand in dressing plant. Therefore, it is also called high frequency mineral screen, high frequency ore screen or mineral high frequency screen.

The Structure of High Frequency Screen

High frequency screen is composed of vibrator, pulp distributor, screen frame, rack, suspension spring and mesh.

Working Principle of High Frequency Mineral Screen

The high frequency can destroy the tensile force on the pulp surface and prevent high speed oscillation of fine material on the screening surface, enhancing separation effect of high density (ratio) useful minerals and increasing the contact probability of material less fine and the mesh. The better separation condition makes material less than separation size, especially material with high ratio, and pulp permeates through the mesh to become finished product.

The Application of High Frequency Screen

The high frequency screen is widely used in dry and wet method screening, grading and dehydration of all kinds of materials in ore beneficiation, coal preparation, chemical industry, brick making, food, pharmaceutical industry, alkali, chemical fertilizer, papermaking and other industries. It is mainly used for classification of fine grains in grinding and classification process in dressing plant. On the condition that the concentration and particle size (- 200 mesh) are proper and the difference in granularity is below 30%, the screening efficiency can reach as high as 70%.

The Features of High Frequency Screen

1.Acting as a new type efficient vibrating screen, it adopts the latest design.
2.The exciter vibrates through the motor driving the screen surface while the screen box is static.
3.No blocking of screen surface, high screening efficiency, processing capacity, especially suitable for fine material screening.
4. Screen surface consists of three layers of soft meshes with the first layer directly contacting with the material, forming working mesh and the bottom mesh used for dispersion force and vibration transmission to prolong the service life of the machine.
