Ore beneficiation plant refers to a series of process that using technical equipment to extract the concentrate fines from the mined minerals. These fines can be used for metallurgy. The mined ores are firstly crushed by jaw crusher, then conveyed to ball mill for powdering. After that, the coarse powders are washed and classified by the spiral classifier. Because of the different specific susceptibility, magnetic materials are separated from the classified powders by the magnetic separator.

Next, to get the concentrate fines, we feed the separated minerals into flotation machine and mix them with drugs. Since the fines contain a lot of water, they need to be primarily condensed by concentrator, then dried by dryer.

Ore beneficiation technology is divided into three kinds: magnetic beneficiation plant, flotation beneficiation plant and gravity beneficiation plant.

Magnetic separation process

Applied material: magnetite, pyrrhotite,calcined ore, ilmenite, etc.
Applied area: wet magnetic separation (size of raw material less than 3mm), dedusting work (for coal, non-metallic mineral and building material)

Flotation plant

Applied material: feldspar, calcite, talc, fluorite, rare earth, ceramic, bauxite, manganese ore, phosphate ore, etc

Gravity separation:

Applied material: gold ore, manganese ore
