Brief introduction to barite grinding mill :
barite grinding mill is usually used for superfine powder making of the non flammable materials with Mohs hardness not large than 9.3 and water content below 6% like Calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, barite, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, thermal insulation material in mineral, chemical, building and other industries. According to its processed materials, high pressure grinding mill can be classified into barite grinding mill, bentonite grinding mill, limestone grinding mill, calcium carbonate grinding mill.
Structure of barite grinding mill:
Barite grinding mill is mainly composed of main engine, analytical engine, air blower, finished product cyclone separator, pipe device, engine and so on. The main engine is composed of rack, inlet volute, scraper knife, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover and engine. Auxiliary equipment includes jaw crusher, bucket elevator, vibrating feeding, electrical control box and so on. The clients can make their own choice according to the actual situation.
Working principle of barite grinding mill :
When barite grinding mill works, it crushes the materials to the qualified particle size. Then the materials are carried into the storage silo by bucket elevator and then the materials are sent evenly to the grinding cavity by the vibrating feeder. Materials entered the cavity will be lifted by the scraper knife and got crushed between the grinding roller and grinding ring of bentonite grinding mill, limestone grinding mill or calcium carbonate grinding mill .
Air blower blows the air into the grinding cavity and blows the materials into the analyzing cavity and they will be classified by the impeller which is driven by conveying device. The large particle material will be sent back to the grinding cavity of bentonite grinding mill, limestone grinding mill or calcium carbonate grinding mill to be ground again and the qualified material will be into the powder collector together with the air flow. After separated from the air, the materials will be discharged as the final product.
