Brief Introduction to Vertical Grinding Mill:
Vertical grinding mill is developed on the basis of years of experience and domestic and foreign advanced technologies. Vertical grinding mill is an ideal grinding machine that integrates crushing function, drying function, grinding function and screening function. Vertical grinding mill is widely used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic mineral industry and other industries.
Construction:
Vertical grinding mill is mainly composed of powder concentrator, grinding roller device, grinding plate device, pressure device, speed reducer, engine, rack and so on. Powder concentrator is a high efficient and energy saving powder concentrating machine. Grinding roller is used to grind materials. Grinding plate is the place where grinding roller grinds materials and it is fixed on the discharge axis of the speed reducer. Pressure device supplies pressure for the grinding roller to ensure adequate pressure to grind materials.
Working Principle of Vertical Grinding Mill:
When vertical grinding mill works, driven by engine through the speed reducer, the grinding plate rotates. Materials are fed into the central part of the grinding plate through the feeding machine and at the same time, hot air is enters into the cavity from the air intake. With the rotation of grinding plate, under the function of centrifugal force, materials moves towards to the margin of the grinding plate and got ground by grinding roller when the materials across the circular groove.
After being ground, materials are driven by the hot air and the large particle materials will fall into the grinding plate to be reground. Materials in the air will be carried to the upper powder concentrator and the coarse powder will fall from the cone hopper to the grinding plate to be reground. The qualified powder will out of the grinding machine together with air and after cross the dust collector, final product is done. Materials that contain water content are dried in the process of contacting with hot air.
